Before I Fell From Grace (genre explosssionnnnn)

how long will my eyes be covered from the light?
How long will darkness consume me and fill my life?
and its been far too long wandering aimlessly
i need someone to put me back together

ooo i long for way back then
ooo back when i was 10
ooo can i love again?
ooo before i fell from grace

what is this longing deep inside in heart?
what is this feeling holding down my soul?
of course i know the answers to all of the above
still i need someone to put me back together

maybe i will add a rap section if i get bored :P

Silent Jealousy

Have you ever wondered which side of you is you? Amidst these masquerades
Theres a battle for the better half of me, chaos fills my heart.

And hes standing there, grinning at your face
Waiting for a chance to bring you down

Silent jealousy you won’t get the best of me
Even though you won this time
I swear to God you won't have control again
I'll fight you till the day I die.

Redemption where are you now?
I need you to pull me out
I need you I'm going to drown
Redemption where have you gone?

Yes I know you can't hear my voice it cuz i have crappy recording equipment
its ok i don't sound that great anyways.
Hopefully I will be able to record a full band version soon!

A Night at Daniel

I think that is what ETCBC high school fellowship is called.
I liked it, it reminded me of of my old church.
Everyone was really close and the councilors were totally committed and able to care for each person cuz it wasn't huge.

Its something that gets lost as fellowships grow bigger.
There's pros and cons to both.
but KNA needs more councilors desperately =)

Ontology of Humans and Society

Libertarians believe that the laws of nature in addition to past facts enable freewill in regards to the decisions we make and actions we perform depending on personal choice (BeeBee 258). However that is not the case. The laws of nature plus past facts do not leave it open as to whether or not we will do what we do or decide what we decide; there is no freewill (258). We are in fact bound by the laws of nature and predestined by the events of the past. One cannot defy gravity or run faster than the speed of light (258). One cannot escape the events that have led them to their actions or circumstances. In the same way that the laws of physics limit our physical actions so the laws of biology limit our decisions and circumstances.
The formation of the human society is a natural result of evolutionary processes. In order to survive and reproduce to the greatest potential, our early ancestors banded together to make shelters and to gather food. Instead of fighting for resources and wasting energy it was easier and more efficient to fight together to eliminate all outside competitors for resources (Huxley 17). Thus the early forms of “society” were created. The concept of social organization is not only peculiar to humans but can also be observed in other species. For example: packs of wolves, colonies of ants and flocks of birds (24)
Eventually human society was in need of some sort of higher power or administrative authority to ensure that the people stayed together and did not give in to less evolved “animalistic tendencies” (17). That is the strong urge to fend for one’s self in what some call “selfishness.” Although this mechanism worked in past times to help us survive it was far less effective than working together. Therefore government was established.
Over the generations it has become a part of our human essence to form societies. We enter a social contract with the government in order to ensure survival.
Huxley states “Human society is competent to furnish an administrator a government whether individual or collective” (Huxley 22)
This has become so embedded into our sense of being, that we establish rules and order for every sort of human interaction. We have social rules, rules of war, rules of sport, rules of the road this list is endless. Even societies that are established on immoral principles such as the mafia have a set of laws to establish a sense of justice or order least that society be ruined. We strive to create way to govern humanity by means of “invisible forces” for the purposes of peace. These “invisible forces” are things we call: manners, morals, values and ethics. Hume states “Societies of men are absolutely requisite for subsistence of species and public convenience which regulates morals and is inviolably in the nature of man” (Hume 45)
Our current society has progressed to such an extent that the government needs maximized control over the general population in order to keep peace. Advancement of technology is a natural part of our evolutionary development. Therefore the next step to ensure that the social contract is kept by all for the betterment and survival of all is to insert computer chips into each citizen in society.

This is a speech I had to write for my philosophy debate summative.
"Is it moral to have computer tracking devices inplanted into people?"
One side argued that we are entitled to freewill and that it goes agianst the rights of a human being making it immoral.
I arugued that humans have no freewill and are just the result of "natural processes"
Of course completely contradictory to my beliefs, it was interesting to do and made me think.

I owned it 100% the otherside couldn't find a good basis to critize my argument . (just to boost myself it was competely memorized :P)

During the past few days I have had many philosophical conversations around God, His existence, morals, ehtics and metaphysics

What is right? what is wrong??
Does doing something for the greater good justify that action?
Is there really a clear black and white.. or is everything grey; complely based on the situation or person?
How can one believe in a Being that one cannot see?
How come the Church is full of BS?
How can we be sure of our own existence?
What if this world is fake, a dream, an illusion?
Can I really trust my senses?
Why do we blame good things that happen on God but not bad things? ex. cheese testimonies (in the church)

It happened unexpectedly talking to a friend yesterday and to this random person who came to Charis today.

It really struck me how easy it is for someone who doesn't really grasp all the concepts of Christianity, misinterprets small things from reading the bible or other books (ex. Crazy Love), doesn't check out the facts AND TALK TO SOMEONE about their doubts can completly reject it because of imperfections in the church.
The rampant hypocrisy aka. lukewarm state of the congregation.

Logically it makes sense to come to that conclusion.
-Religion is a result of evolution, humans needed to find a way to conquer the animalistic instincts
-Religion is for the week those who need to grasp on to hope in order to survive

of course maybe Christians wouldn't get bashed if they practiced what they preached
but our post-modern society is so skeptical anyways there would always be something ELSE to critize.

I guess I could say a lot of things to all the above points and it would take up 23029393029 pages of writting.
but im not going to go into that =)

When we try to understand God in terms of human standards it is impossible
because we try to limit a limitless being to the limitations of ourselves.

The church is the only materialization of God the world can see.
However God can't just make people perfect by zapping us and suddenly we are GOOD and don't do anything wrong.
Why? because that would take away the essence of a human ....to have the ability to choose.
IF God did that we would be robots with no freewill.
I don't want to go in deets talk to me if you have questions LOL too lazy
Just like a picture a drop of water cannot represent an ocean so the church cannot represent God.

It is important to thouroughly check out the facts for yourself and keep an open mind before you come to the conclusion that any belief is false.
When you keep a closed mind it prevents you from growing as a person and you miss out on soo much.
Its just a little childish and arrogant to think you KNOW the answer

ps] it also surprised me how a lot of Christians really can't defend what they believe they get owned man its soo sad T__T"
i guess its good in sense that they can beleieve without anything else
but one could argue then do they really believe?

Loser

"Evangel you can choose to keep going, or be a loser and leave"
....the choice i was given a long time ago.

I decided to be a loser.
which is the harder choice of the two.
you gotta be willing to lose EVERYTHING.. and start over.
some people would rather grab on to what they can still get
they cant let go?
its good and bad at the right/wrong times.

I did.
with no regrets at the time.
until i look back on it.

I gained a lot
but lost a lot too.

You would think that after all these years I would finally be able to Win.
I guess not.
i've lost more than once
and
I lose
again.

uoyeradempotsotyrt

naw i know i have to win this time.
i just dont want to.
